As part of my ongoing professional education, I have earned both the CRS and the GRI professional designation.
The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education and is conferred only on agents who meet the stringent requirements imposed by the Council or Residential Specialists. Although primarily focused on the complex additional issues involving home listings, the designation assures both buyers and sellers that the real estate professional you are dealing with is uniquely qualified to assist you with every aspect of your residential real estate transaction.
Recognized nationwide as the standard for real estate professionalism and knowledge, the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), may only be earned after successfully completing a rigorous educational program supervised by a statewide faculty selected for their extensive experience in their own areas of expertise. This designation is available only to members of the local, state and National Association of Realtors®, an organization dedicated to providing education, and stringent guidelines to ensure the professionalism of its members. All Realtors® are expected to maintain a higher level of knowledge of the process of buying and selling real estate. The GRI designation is awarded to the most dedicated individuals and top producers.
